Delete your Sixfold account
Request deletion of your Sixfold Arena captain and its associated data by emailing support. You can make the request here even if you have already uninstalled the game.
Send a deletion request
- Email chunkyslug66@gmail.com with the subject Sixfold Arena account deletion.
- State that you want your Sixfold Arena account and associated game data deleted. Include your Sixfold account ID if known, and enough non-secret account details to help identify your captain.
- Support will reply to verify ownership before deletion. An account ID alone is not proof of ownership. If you no longer have the app or account ID, explain that in your email so support can discuss other ways to verify the request.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your email service. No website login or reinstallation is required to submit a request.
What is deleted
After ownership verification, deletion removes your Sixfold authentication account, captain profile, character collection and upgrades, currency balances, crew and presets, campaign progress, active battle records and associated game transaction records. This action cannot be undone once completed.
What is separate
Deleting your Sixfold account does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile. It does not automatically remove files you exported to your own storage, device backups, or service-provider records outside the developer’s control. Support correspondence may remain as needed to complete the request and follow-up. If a legal requirement prevents removal of a specific record, support will explain what is retained and why.
Before you request deletion
Switching devices, unlinking a provider, uninstalling the app and beta progression resets are different from deleting your account. For help recovering a captain rather than deleting it, email support and say you need account recovery.
Never email your password, one-time sign-in codes, Firebase/Google tokens or payment-card details.
